Credits are the currency used to generate videos on our platform. Every generation consumes a certain number of credits depending on the model, resolution and duration you pick. You can top up at any time by buying a credit pack — no subscription needed.
Do purchased credits expire?
No. Credits you buy never expire and stay on your account until you use them, so you can grab a larger pack when the price per credit is lower and use it whenever you like.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Nothing is lost — simply buy another credit pack and keep creating. Any credits left on your account are always kept and added to the next pack you purchase.
Which credit pack should I choose?
The bigger the pack, the lower the price per credit — from $0.040 per credit on the 500-credit pack down to $0.028 per credit on the 6,400-credit pack (up to 30% off). Pick the pack that matches how much you plan to create.
Do you offer subscriptions or yearly discounts?
No subscription is required — every credit pack is a one-time purchase. Discounts are built into the packs themselves: the more credits you buy at once, the less you pay per credit.
How do I pay, and when do my credits arrive?
Checkout is handled by our payment provider and your card details are never stored on our servers. Credits are added to your account automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a few seconds. If your balance does not update, refresh the page or contact [email protected].
